THE 2015 LVMH PRIZE FINALISTS ON ORDRE

When it comes to emerging talent, the future looks bright for ORDRE designers. LVMH has conquered the task of whittling-down over 1,000 submissions to a shortlist of 26 names for the 2015 LVMH prize. Of those LVMH finalists, ORDRE’s wholesale portfolio currently presents; Ryan Lo, Marques'Almeida, designers Marta Marques and Paulo Almeida as well as Baja East, designers Scott Studenberg and John Targon. Marques'Almeida and Ryan Lo’s wholesale collections are currently open-to-ORDRE on ORDRE.com 

This year they will be judged by nine creative directors of LVMH fashion houses—Nicolas Ghesquière (Louis Vuitton), Marc Jacobs (Marc Jacobs), Karl Lagerfeld (Fendi), Humberto Leon and Carol Lim (Kenzo), Phoebe Philo (Céline), Raf Simons (Dior), Riccardo Tisci (Givenchy), and Jonathan Anderson (Loewe)—as well as Delphine Arnault, Jean-Paul Claverie (adviser to Bernard Arnault and head of corporate philanthropy for LVMH), and Pierre-Yves Roussel (chairman and CEO of the LVMH Fashion Group). 

For these ready-to-wear designers on the rise, the prestigious award, mentorship and the associated prize of a €300,000 grant, is a career jumpstart like nothing else.
